Set up a monitor bot on UptimeRobot website. The free version will check the website every 5 minutes and send you an email when it's back in stock.
Let me know if you need help setting it up. It's a little confusing the way you set it up because you need to monitor to check if the text "sold out" is no longer present on the webpage.

Anyway put refurb in title
I've been having a lot of trouble with first layer adhesion so going to try a glue stick soon.
With that in mind, the Ender 3 has become one of the defacto enter level 3d Printers. If you do some of the inexpensive mods early on (auto bed level, boden tube, bed springs) you should see excellent results. So it's more of a question on if you trust the company doing the refurb.
If you're in it for the long run (which is hard to know, many printers soon collect dust) a more expensive CoreXY printer will leave this and most other entry level printers in the dust.

Glass only worked for me at low temps like 42-45c and even then was still very hit and miss. Prints would curl then the nozzle would just knock the prints loose and make a birds nest of PLA for me to find
