This machine replaced the Bowflex Elite and this blows it out of the water. I know the elite is not their top of the line Bowflex but I can't recommend anymore. The inspire app could be a little better but I just started using it this week. So far the follow along workouts have busted my @ $ $.
For someone who is very strong some workouts could be too easy. Face pulls and setting it at "10" but I wan probably for "12" (120Lbs). For other workouts I need to dial it down super low.
If you aren't a heavy lifter this machine is great. I highly recommend it.
