I.... cannot.... believe.. this.. worked lol. I just got done on chat w/ BestBuy price matching the Adorama deal (Was only $150 away from next rewards status tier, so why not go with BB?). They actually price matched the $239.00 deal for the Hexagon starter kit w/ 2 expansion kits I am floored lol. Usually they won't touch bundles and coupons and stuff like that. I dunno, the guy said all three items were eligible for price matching, then asked me how Adorama had priced each item in their "kit" so I told him the starter kit was $139 and each expansion kit was $50 and sure as all hell that's what he put together for me, sent me a payment link and I am now staring at a confirmed order which should be shipping within the hour for Friday delivery. So super stoked on the $100 off these and making it up to "elite" status again lol. Will be sending some rep your way OP! Haha so happy I've made a cursory search query of slick deals a part of my online purchasing process lol.

Would look nice to decorate a preschool. What's the difference between these and the ones on AliExpress?

I think it's probably the same difference as Philips Hue lights versus cheapo ones on Aliexpress

Do all of these have the Rhythm module built in to the main control/power now? Or how are they reacting to music for visualization?

Edit: Yes. The "shape" line has Rhythm built in

So you're not a fan of automation. Anything else?

It didn't though right? Isn't this a base kit and two expansions. Best Buy is just the base and one expansion for the same price.

I'm not super familiar with these (although they look cool!) -- I assume you have run a power cable down the wall when you mount them?
