Yup. Here's a helpful link on the differences too. If you are drilling small holes in wood with these metal bits you'll be okay, but the larger sizes could cause splintering and tear-out. Just be careful with larger metal bits in wood and take precautions like with tape on the backside of the out hole.

I better pass. So tempting I know, but I don't go through bits often at all being a casual DIYer around the home. I already have WAY more tools and consumables like bits than I will ever use. Thanks Slickdeals! I think….. $😔

Technically they are for metal, but metal or wood will work. They do make actual wood bits.
