Very tempted but every time I bought pistachios from Amazon, they are always stale.

These are nearly $1.20/ounce and I get 2lb bags for $0.48/ounce every day so I wouldn't consider this a deal in the least

I think these honey roasted ones are gross. The pistachio isn't strong enough flavored to stand up to the honey and sweetness flavor like a peanut can. The chili is pretty good.

Anyone else feel like it's cheating when there are no shell? I don't enjoy them nearly as much as I do when I have to work for each one.

My finger tips start to dry out and hurt when I'm deshelling. I guess it's good for portion control though because if I bought no shells, probably eat the whole bag in 5 minutes.

Too cheap to buy no shells, and definitely wouldn't risk flavored. Pistachios have wonderful natural complexity imo, if I wanted some cheap chemical powdering on my nuts I'd buy it on more bland nut choices like almonds or cashews.

A agree completely. Even the time it takes to de-shell is a form of portion control. Pistachios pack a lot of calories. I don't even want mine salted, let alone flavored. What a terrible thing to do to a pistachio. Do you eat salted? Maybe unsalted will help your fingers.

The shelled ones are not good, IMHO.

But you need to try for yourself to make that decision.

As a side note, every time I eat nuts with shells I think of that scene from Ace Ventura, When Nature calls when Carrey is eating sunflower seeds on the plane...
