I have tried buying xm4s from them 3 times in the past. Each time they cancel my order. I can't understand what their problem is.

Which codec specially are you referring to? Compared to Bose 700s these support more codecs (mainly aptX that I was concerned about)

The headband has broken on every pair of Sony headphones I've ever owned. Do these suffer from that issue as well?

I ordered a SRS-XB43 speaker from Secondipity on December 9th and it arrived on the 14th. So about 5 days turn around time in my case.
