Love my crosswave! Just bought a pet model new in box from facebook marketplace for $80. My first one I bought refurbished from ebay from Bissel for $100.

Yeah I have the cordless one and I highly recommend this. It doesn't beat a mop but close enough. I rarely pull the mop out. Only if it's a hard stain. This does work for hard stains but you have to go over it multiple times. That's when you decide do I kill the battery for this one stain or finish the house. Usually I can do the whole house if you keep up with it regularly.

Does anyone know how these models compare to the premier version from Costco? From what I can tell Costco's premier seems the same as pet pro version.

Bought this about a month ago and I love it. I definitely think it gets floors cleaner then a swifter and I like not having to vacuum first. I would recommend. Cleaning after each use is a little bit of work, but not bad.

do you know of a decent one for around the same price? my mom's steam mop broke and I'm looking for something new, but reviews are all over the place. started at the consumer reports ratings. house is mostly tile/vinyl, and sealed hardwood. I liked how the steam mop cleaned, but some say it's no better than a regular mop. also think one that can vacuum would help

I got this to clean mud room floor after dogs came in . I always broom sweep first . This machine guts gunked up with the mud . Badly. I can do about 10 passes then the muddy swipes start to appear. And it's a pain to clean. You have to take it all apart , I do not like cleaning floor tools in my house so I have to use hose outside then line every thing up to dry . It's ridiculous. Now if u have a baby and want to wash ur floor every day so they r crawling on a clean floor then this will work , on every day light baby messes. On kentucky clay mud tracked in by some coonhounds it is useless.
