They beat the hell out of that Bugout. Baton'ing it so much made me cringe, but the Bugout held up, somehow. I don't use my carbon fiber S90V Bugout for any hard tasks, but it's good to know it can handle the abuse if needed.
I really dislike the call or email for price part. Even if I am logged in to my account I never see the price. I have even purchased from them before. Not sure what the deal is. So are both the same price?

You'll see the price on the Confirm Order - page after you put in your payment. Same thing when I purchased the Mini Osborne last night

Benchmade doesn't allow retailers to advertise their knives lower than a certain price they've set. BladeHQ does this to get around that.
To those who don't understand paying a premium for blade materials, fit and finish: You are paying for edge retention, ease of sharpening, warranty and subjective cool factor
To those who already have "nice" knives and baby them: Consider finding a sharpening system that works for you and learn how to sharpen your knives. Prior to finding a sharpening system, I didn't use my knives hard because I didn't know how to sharpen. Now that I found a system I like (KME) I now care less about finding a new knife and enjoy the knives I have now. Personally i appreciate the look of a worn out, well used, and sharp knife than a new, and unused knife.

I had my wife get me this 2 weeks ago for my birthday, this price has been up for a week or so I believe but I think she missed it. It was on sale previously for $200 shipped so it's even better now.
I've been playing with it for a few days and absolutely love it. Obviously the quality is fantastic along with construction. The balance is almost perfect in your hand. Axis system as always is wonderful. Very easy to open and close with the thumb stud or without (hold the lock action down and flick to open or close).
This is my first blade with m390 steel, so I'm curious how sharpening is going to go.
Highly recommend.

Found another mini bugout on sale for 115. Not as good as the serrated ones for 90 but some might prefer to these.

Really like my standard 535. Fantastic every day knife.
Would need to handle it with aluminum because the polymer scales are super light.
