Jeez, what a waste of resources. A neat gadget, but I think it's a lot easier to solve the problem of cold coffee by just pouring yourself a smaller cup. 14 ounces is small. Shouldn't require a battery, charger, and a smart phone to drink something hot.

Yep this thing has a narrow target audience who drink black coffee or tea slowly over a couple hours. Luckily I'm in that group so find it actually works well.

Which is unnecesary, I havent bothered messing with the Ember app at all, temp out the box is perfect for me. 2.5x the price for an unnecessary feature for me would be ridiculous (I paid $15 for the Ember, otherwise would have bought the Ion)

Yes. "Ohh, but it is a different technology" or some other gibberish. Drinking coffee is not an olympic sport.

2) Drink
3) Repeat as necessary
4) Count the $120 you saved by not purchasing this.

Haha I've been doing that for years before I got this mug. I used to have a warmed pot but I couldn't drink more than 2 cups a day.

$20 is to much. My $7 ozark cup keeps coffee hot for 2-3 hrs. And its not breakable.
