This is a YMMV deal but I was able to get one at this price from my local Lowe's. They are doing store wide inventory and marking many things down. If it's not clearanced in your store it very well could be during their inventory.

I bought one…they had 4 more.
Then i found the 820 for 200 and changed it out.
