I already own a Philips LatteGo 3200. It's on its way back from warranty service. The frothing solenoid failed. It wouldn't send steam into the milk container. Other than that, it's been a good machine for the past year and a half.

It has served me well. I previously had the Gaggia Brera.
I highly recommend any variations of this model depending on your feature needs.
If I had to change one thing, I wish the drink selector placements were customizable. There's a lot of clicks to get to drinks in the more menu that are all the way down on the list. Hot water is one of those options. This issue is not relevant for the basic models. Just something to consider if you're looking at different models with different features.
Very happy with the machine and would recommend it, or any of the other LatteGo models depending on your needs. For me the extra shot and 4 profile settings is what sold me. After using it for a few months turns out the 4 profiles isn't needed because everyone who uses the machine ends up liking the same settings. The extra shot I use all the time and was totally worth it. Also the milk froth only option is useful (on the 4300 and the 5400 but not 3200), I use it when making a larger amount for a travel mug, I make multiple shots of espresso in a mug and pour it into the travel mug and then just hold the travel mug under the milk spout angled for the froth. The easy cleaning of the LatteGo is also amazing, parts come apart and no tubes to clean or get clogged. I remember when I used to work in the office (now WFH) they had a super automatic that would constantly need the hose cleaned, it was gross.
Overall very happy with the 5400, I'm coming from regular drip coffee machine so I'm not picky and have no other espresso machine experience to compare to.

What settings did you setup your Jura? I just moved the grinder to the finest setting and bought a bag of stump town beans. Not sure if there's anything else I should do to make sure I'm getting the best "cup"?
