Did they change the mouse wheel to rubber yet, or is it still metal? If it's still metal....it's a hard pass...

Any good keyboards on sale to pair with?
EVGA Z15 linear for $45 probably the best option right now. It's a beautiful keyboard, similar to Z20. Both have amazing volume controls!
Z15 keys are Hot swappable and have more RGB light output vs Z20 keys. The price point is unbeatable for the quality and looks as well!

I have EVGA Z20 linear for a couple of days now. Keyboard is beautiful, but holy f@#$ it's sooooooooo loud! Way too loud! It's like a woodpecker pounding tree right on my table lol. I'm trying to get used to it but it's a slow and painful adaptation for my ears Frown

I'm aware of the double click issues some g502 have, but it comes with a 2 year Manufacturer's Warranty.
After I picked up one on Dec 18, and using it for several hours, I felt in love with g502. I even bought a second g502 that was shipped instead of pickup.
Lets see how long they will last before double-click shows up, if any.
Which sounds good except Logitech makes you jump through multiple hoops. I had an old 602 that developed the double click and they wanted me to run through a whole page of useless BS when it was obvious what the problem was. They finally offered me a 603 which is not the same mouse style. By then I just wanted to be done with it. I'm just going to paste the useless instructions below. And it took almost a dozen emails and a month before they would ship out a replacement.

To start our troubleshooting, please complete the following:

• Connect the device directly to the computer motherboard. Bypass any type of USB adapter, hub or extender

• Update the device's firmware
Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://support.logitech.com/en_u...ware/lghub)
Launch the software, select the mouse from the home screen then go to Settings
If a firmware update is available, a Blue ""Update"" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen

• Test the device without the software. Stop Logitech Gaming Software or G-Hub from running in the background by closing them on the System Tray and Task Manager
On the lower right hand corner of the screen, on the left side of the Date and Time, right click on the G icon and select Exit
Launch Task Manager (Alt + Ctrl + Del) then look for Lghub or Lcore under Processes Tab. Then, right click on it and select Stop Process

• Assign a different command to the button
Using Logitech Gaming Software or G-Hub, select the mouse from the home screen then select Commands Tab
Try to assign another command to the button or swap the command in between buttons that are working and non-working
Another option is to try using the mouse while the Logitech software is not installed

• Uninstall, reload mouse driver
Right click on Windows or Start button and select Device Manager
Under Human Interface Device, look for Logitech Virtual G-Hub Mouse
Right click on it, select Uninstall
Disconnect the mouse from the computer
Restart the computer
Reconnect device back to the computer and test

• Try on another computer

Dude, every single tech support person is going to go through a list of inane troubleshooting before issuing a replacement. You're supposed to just say you did them and move on with your day. This isn't exclusive to Logitech, it's par for the course going back as long as I can remember.

I can't speak for their e-mail based support but I've had pretty good experiences with their phone support on multiple occasions. E.g. go over attempted troubleshooting steps that occurred before the call such as driver reinstallation or tests across multiple operating-systems/computers, test the click detection via a website they use for confirming the issue, provide an invoice / proof-of-purchase, and provide a picture of the mouse to confirm current ownership. In my experience, that generally takes about half an hour in one phone call and then a few more days for processing and shipping time.

No, you are obviously just replying with some generic response, you have to record a video with your phone of you at their preferred double click website, then you have to submit the video to the tech person. If you buy this mouse knowing that it will have a high possibility of developing a double click, this just purchase any the store warranty so they can do the work for you.,

It's still metal, why is that a problem? I personally really like the weight this gives the wheel for infinite doom scrolling on a high refresh rate monitor.

Not true, I prefer Logitech even after using several Razer. However I am currently using a Razer hyperspeed which some would say Razer copied the design from Logitech. I'm thinking about ordering a couple from this deal.

I've had three warrantied by support so far. They don't always have the color you want and it takes about 2-3 hours worth of hoop-jumping to get an RMA. At this price, it's a decent mouse to keep for 6-12 months until the switches fail.

You state that like it's a fact. There was a time not long ago almost everyone needed an RMA for warranty repairs within the first year of Razer mice. Logitech themselves were on the top of the world before recently hitting some of the same issues and their customer support started losing its stellar reputation. The best product is the one that lasts and the users aren't beta testers - brand fealty only favors the blind.

Great deal! In for one. Rma deal is not an issue for me. It's a 30 dollar mouse some of you guys expect too much. It is warrantied so not an issue. Companies can't just swap out your stuff without at least trying to fix it…

I bought one Dec 17, for $29.99 ($33.05 with tax) at 10:59pm for store pick up @90046 (was free shipping option as well). So I posted the deal.
After deal was posted, I used my link to go back to BestBuy, but the price was back to $34.99, so I deleted the deal.
An hour later, I went back to Best Buy and the price showed again $29.99. To make sure the price was still low, I paid for another mouse ($33.05 with tax) @23.53 for store pick up @90046 (I will cancel it later). Then I reposted the deal.
I'm sorry that it doesn't work now. It seems price fluctuated for some period of time.

UPDATE:
The price shows up for $29.99 if you're logged in as a My Best Buy member. It appears only one can be purchased at a time for $29.99.
Yeah. Sometimes Best Buy does a thing where it only shows the price if you are signed into your BBY account. It's been something they've done on and off for sales for years.

I think it's one of the dumbest ideas ever as I can't even imagine the number of sales they lose based on people browsing their website, seeing the higher priceS and moving along because they weren't logged in. It amazes me that they are still doing this years later
