Scary design:
On/Off switch DIRECTLY BELOW water tank. Same with power supply connection - not a powerline in that can get wet, but a plug that connects into the back of the machine right under the tank.

Ever had one of those leak? Well, had it happened here.... 60 oz leaking out of a dual espresso/coffee machine tank. Had it been plugged in with a plug like that, it'd been a serious hazard. Thankfully, it only got the counter and floor wet. Machine still worked, though being only 2 days old, was returned and exchanged for a different one that did not leak.

I'd imagine getting a large ziploc or plastic bag/wrap poke a hole in it to fit the plug might help. Also don't remove the water bin, use a cup to fill it carefully.

Not really. Americano yes, since it uses espresso pods. But not drip.

Thanks, just purchased original Nespresso machine for my parents earlier. Cancelled and got this instead. Saved me $70 and they wouldn't know the difference anyway!

Tax was $9.30, my total came out to $59.29 shipped to San Diego. Grabbed one, thanks OP.

Even if I decide I don't like it, this makes a good gift at this price
