This is the non Pro model, which has some big sacrifices: primarily music and maps. Great watches, but the pro / sapphire models are worth the price premium.

Also worth noting that Fenix 7 leaks are coming out, so the new model is on the horizon.

The leaks I've seen don't have any information. They look like just a guess because this one is like 3 years old.
Awesome watch I use it as my daily watch. The two week battery is the best feature

Not quite 3 years yet. Fenix 6 came out in August 2019.

Love my Fenix 3 Titanium Sapphire, I use it everyday and work. I also have the Fenix 5S plus sapphire for my training and races coz its smaller and lighter than the other one.

Agreed. My 5x is still rocking it 2 years in, no scratches on the glass. Not only that, the battery still is going like a champ. Hard to justify a new watch unless feature set drastically changes or battery life grows more than 12 days.

Garmin really makes a quality product line with Fenix.

Recently got a 5x + sapphire glass model. Not going to upgrade in next 5 years. Better than Apple or Samsung watches for long distance running. No need to charge every night like other watches.

I see lots of posts basically saying this same thing, e.g. my sapphire has no scratches therefore everyone should get sapphire, but I have yet to see someone with a non-sapphire version report that it did scratch, or more importantly that scratches were a problem. I'm sure it happens, but it sure seems rare.

I personally have a Fenix 6x Pro without sapphire and so far the glass is also still in perfect condition.
