Columbia gas customers can currently get a rebate of upto $75 on some smart thermostats. ecobee latest thermostat with voice is currently on deal for $199 at major retailers. with $75 rebate from columbia gas of ohio this thermostat comes out to $125 which is a pretty great price for this.
This rebate is based on your utility provider and your location. For ex PSEG Long Island Customers can get $100 rebate making this even slicker.
of course you need to have an account with the utility company providing rebate.

Its available for 149 on hd but without extra sensors. If your utility company will provide rebate on it, for ecobee lite version costco is def better deal.
