Having had the service for 2 years now, you would definitely have to pay me to bring me over if I was with another carrier. They're on the same network as Vzw but I had Vzw for 10 years then switched and my reception and data speeds literally took a nosedive. Only reason I stick with Xfinity is because I'm on wifi all day now and I'm paying $30 for two lines.

ported a phone number from google voice and received an email yesterday from xfinity that the port was successful and line ready to use. when i check the status on https://xfinityincentivetracker.com/ nothing shows up. is this normal? how long before the promo shows up?

My port from Google voice failed. Escalated through Reddit, and they eventually came back and told me my phone (pixel 3 xl) isn't compatible with Xfinity mobile. Makes no sense, as it passes the IMEI checker. But somehow when they run it through the check, it fails.

Xfinity Mobile requires Xfinity Internet which is not available in my city due to AT&T & Cox monopolies. Please unbundle mobile & internet, so Xfinity will get more customers, who will lobby local governments to open more markets. Thanks. Please

Anyone able to check their status a week after activation?

I only see this below. Not sure if this is just generic since I don't activate my service until December 15 which is within 30 days requirement after ordering the sim in November 17.

Pending Fulfillment Eligibility
If you bring your own device and port your number between November 03, 2021 and November 21, 2021, you may be eligible to receive a $200 prepaid card for each device you bring and activate.

They don't respond yet to my inquiry and not answering their phone number even though I asked them to call me after putting on hold for a while. Just wondering if anyone have any success on contacting them.

I got 5 lines and that is the max that majority of the customers get.. However it is possible that customers with long standing Xfinity internet/mobile accounts can get up to 10

My understanding was that the phone IMEI was only to bypass the initial check to order the sim card aka sign up and shouldn't really matter during the time of activation.. is that not the case? This doesn't bode well for me cuz I used a random IMEI generator off the internet to generate Samsung S20 ultra IMEIs to sign up for the 5 lines..

My Google voice port in seems to be in process..so fingers crossed!!

If it's in process, you should be fine. Does it say approved on this page? https://www.google.com/voice/unlock

Even though I was escalated pretty high up, I'm pretty sure Xfinity has no idea what they're doing. Mine never got to the processing point. What IMEI generator did you use? Keep us posted if it works.
