This looks like a reasonable price. Feb 2020 I built my own shed, before wood prices skyrocketed. 8ftx8ftx8ft with flat mono pitch roof, metal roofing and T1-11 siding, painted to match the house. Used 20% off coupon at HD for all materials and it cost approximately $1k and 2 days of my time and anothers. Just in case anyone is contemplating this.

Amazon and Sam's club have these on sale frequently for around $1000. Bought this 10x8 model at Amazon in December 2017 for $780 including tax and delivery. It is a great shed.

This is great per sf. The perennial favorite 7x8 shed from Lifetime (or Suncast?) jumped from $579 to 649 to 799 to $849 in just a year or so. Nuts.

I'm torn between one big one or 2-3 smaller ones. So many choices these days. The small ones require a lot less site and foundation prep. I'm not storing any large items, just a bunch of smaller crap (fertilizer, diesel fuel, a list of enemies, just the usual stuff. I mean, uh, paint cans, a small lawnmower, tools. Yeah.)

Discover is still doing 5% back, but I'm almost maxed out ($75 reward limit on the rotating categories)

I have a very small yard. I'm looking for a shed that will hold 4 adult bikes and a push lawnmower. I think this might be too big for us but I need a good deal!

Yeah these have gone up quite a bit. In 2017 I got the 8' x 15' model from Costco for $1,000 on coupon. Before coupon it was like $1,400. Crazy in just a few years the massive price increases.

Fairly easy one day project with a helper.

You should have or will need to build a foundation (not included) prior to assembly and good detailed instructions for foundation are included with shed. Wood or concrete are typical. Wood took me a day to do taking my time. The floor then attaches to this foundation.
