FYI - Photos are of a different product (the Z53) which has an oled screen on the block. The unit in this deal has a static NZXT design on the CPU block.

Thank you to clarify this. Those picture was the default pics that SD put on the bottom.

Anyone know if we have to buy a $15 lga 1700 adapter kit, or if its $5 from nzxt, or if its free with proof of lga 1700 purchase?

seems like with a proof of lga1700 MB and kraken cooler, they will ship the adapter kit for free in 2 days

Its free but might not take 2 days. I had to wait a while to get mine because they had to wait a lot for their shipments.

It will ship fast if they have them, otherwise, sit tight as you might need to wait a while.

So I got the 30L last week 5600x base system which is air cooled. On the top there is a bracket you can unscrew and remove and punch out 4 metal "windows". On the bracket there are 4 holes to mount a 120mm fan… which I installed to help pull out more air. So that's what you have to work with.

I just looked at their water cooling in the 30L and they use a single 120mm fan also.

I have a watercooler 30L and I wanted to change to a larger AIO, but I do not think anything much larger will fit.

If you want to upgrade, I would budget for a bigger case as well.

Not without a hacksaw. I have my 30L case ripped apart and looking at it I'm not even sure a hacksaw mod would work.

If you own the 30L, at the very least I'd get one of those $30 antec cases that are are currently on SD and then transfer all the internals of the 30L to that.

If you are looking to cool a 5600x this is probably overkill and highly unlikely it will fit. If you want to liquid cool I would look for a deal on a 120mm aio and check to see if there's room for a 120mm fan up top.
