Bestbuy [bestbuy.com] has Samsung - Odyssey AG3 27" Flat FHD 1ms AMD FreeSync Gaming Monitor on sale for $199.99 (39% off from a list price of $329.99). This is the lowest I have seen in ~30 days (see my price history chart in images).

Amazon [amazon.com] also has this at the same price. This is no longer available.

As far as I can tell, there was a popular deal back in November on Samsung w/ EPP/EDU that was $6 cheaper.

Yes, but if you are an extreme gamer (high ranked FPS/VERY competetive) then go for a more expensive, IPS Panel gaming screen. If you're just a normal video game enjoyer (several days a week), this is a great budget screen for you.

I just got one very similar to this with a VA Panel and I've been considering returning it ever since I turned it on. It just doesn't feel as comfortable or accurate in terms of color and sharpness.
I'm an IT pro and sit in front of a screen 10+ hours a day. This matters to me.

I use my 4K 27" IPS monitor when WFH. I wish it was 32" though (this would be awesome but my current setup is still amazing).

In general budget monitors that use VA panels tend to have mediocre response times. Therefore, this monitor's total response time is most likely very slow, resulting in motion blur and smearing.

Response time is 1ms as per de specs. Sounds pretty good to me. With that said, I think that for a 27" is better a 1440p resolution.

Rtings tested the 24" variant; which, is the Samsung Odyssey G3 S24AG30. The Response Time @ Max Refresh Rate got a score of 5.8 and the Response Time @ 60Hz got a score of 4.4

I stand corrected. Seems that real-life response time is slow. Thanks for point that out.
