They do call it a "New" game in the title so it probably only recently came out. And for under $4, I don't see much to complain about.

The review dates show its been out for over two and a half years. To not have a listing on boardgamegeek at all after that amount of time, is a very bad sign. This most likely isn't worth even the $3.80. Some of thee reviews on amazon also say its cheap junk.
