Got these installed, honestly cannot imagine using anything brighter. These babies light up the garbage.

I'd stick with big brands when it comes to electronics

Ordered a pair early December and never shipped. Contact the seller repeatedly w/o answer. It is actually sold by third party, buyer beware

Nothing so far. These only use 30w.

Does it have anything of the sort of a U.L. listing / certification or by a similar NRTL etc. for safety?

Yeah but using 30W means, what, that something on the order of 10W is going to be produced as true light and something like 20W is going to be waste heat within the product. Yeah ~20W of heat dissipation is tiny compared to say old 100W incandescent bulbs but the BIG difference there is that the old incandescent bulbs didn't suffer from running hot. Modern LEDs and electronics absolutely do degrade and fail prematurely from running at higher temperatures so the cooler the better for them at least relative to room temperature cool.

Overheating LED luminaires / bulbs is probably the #1 failure mode / risk of them.
I got these couple weeks back for same price from wally. In garage. Great throw and good 5k color. I only use when I need something in garage and only used straight 8-12 hours, no issues on heat or any failure. It's an old house, garage is at 50 degree most times in winter.

I got these about a week ago for the same price, I love these. I bought a pair and they replaced two 60W equivalent 5k LED recessed bulbs.

They are much brighter than my older setup (at least 3x brighter). As someone said before, I can't see myself adding more lighting or going any brighter in my 3 can garage.

I also got these a few weeks ago at Walmart... Two in the garage and 1 in the mudroom. Have to point the lights straight up in mud room as I feel like I'm getting an x-ray but lights room way better then most fixtures and not running those snake like track lights on ceiling tiles.

Would easily buy again

These or the long linkable shop lights? I purchased two of the FEIT along linkable shop lights and was thinking about putting them both in our one car garage, but this looks easier

They aren't on sale right now but they go on and off sale constantly. Also I have heard that they are cheaper in store but haven't witnessed this myself.
