Depends on your definition of toxic. Almost all wireless that humans encounter in their daily lives won't affect them in any negative way. The EM waves they emit can't possibly affect things in the way the sun or the Earth (a giant magnet in itself) can.

I'm around wifi at almost all hours of the day, and I'm fine. If I go outside for an hour, the radiation waves from the sun will literally fry my skin...Consumer wireless signals pale in comparison
