Select the 'View Product' and then in the three dot options Select the 'Free Upgrade for PS4 version'. Once you go there , there is a drop down with that says 'Game'. If you click, the other option would also say game. But when you select that, you get an option 'Add to Library' indicating its a PS5 version compared to the PS4 one you have. Then you can download.

It was initially not clear for me too.

Remember, if you redeemed the free FF7R from PS+ a few months back, it received the PS5 upgrade free. It however does not include the DLC which is 25% off

You will get the free upgrade but no intermission dlc. That can be purchased.

you can complete all the trophies if thats your thing, do the DLC if you want to buy it and be done with it, no need to go back to it as is a story beat once game
