I won't buy any new car equipped with Pirelli tires any more, no mileage warranty

8 years ago, my 1st new Volvo car with Michelin tires.

After about 30k miles, tires worn as about 3/32.

Tires had mileage warranty. I called Michelin customer care, got prorated credit and transfered to

authorized tire dealer, got $6x.xx credit per tire and replaced with new tires.

Now, my another new Volvo car with Pirelli tires, after 3.5 years, 19600 miles only, tires worn as about 4/32,

I called Pirelli US customer service, seems like a lady named Michelle handles all calls,

She told me only authorized dealer can call to claim warranty.

I went to tire shop, associate called. Michelle told rep. no tire mileage warranty with new car.

It means if Pirelli tires are with new car, then no mileage warranty.

I won't buy any new car equipped with Pirelli tires any more. Period

Advise if I need to post this to social media to push Pirelli mileage warranty.

Pirelli all reason plus, drive not aggressively, only lasted 19600 miles

Yeah that's pretty low for all seasons, assuming it was even wear on all four tires and no alignment issues.

Pirellis are high performance tires that exchange longevity for grip. Many people drive them hard and even track them. Most Porsche owners would love to see 19600 miles out of a set. That they don't have a mileage warranty shouldn't be unusual as they have no control over how you drive.
That was my thought when I first read this but I don't know enough about all of their lines to know if that should be the case for this particular set. I've definitely seen high performance tires that only last 20k-ish miles though and I didn't think it was that unusual. I know Lexus used to put Dunlops on their LS that would barely get 20k, if that. Nice ride but pretty soft and fast wearing.

I love Pirelli tires. Sorry for your issue but the tires are worth their price.

I get that you're frustrated but at the same time don't cut off your nose to spite your face. What would the credit be on something like this? Maybe $50/tire? $75? Don't base future $40k car purchases on a potential $2-300 item that may or may not even come up.
