The titan has a fatter grip and knurling in the center that I use for the bench and the Tru grit for squats and freeform. Both spin well.
Edit- Here's some close up pictures of both for comparison.
The Knurling is identical(except the center), the total length and plates sleeve length are the same, and the bar diameters are different (Tru = ~28mm, Titan =~30).
The Tru Grit bumper plates are also from Walmart. I like them and they're still available.

Yah same with mine. Wasn't pleased.
Titan Fitness makes some hit or miss items. Their safety squat bar is amazing (now with v.2) but not sure about this. With it being Walmart, it's an easy return. Thanks OP.
I've had the same experience with Titan. Hit or miss. One side of a curl bar I got was too thin and clips wouldn't stay on it. Not a big deal since you don't really have to have clips on a curl bar but the QC was lacking. This was also purchased a couple of years ago so maybe they have improved.
Rogue's barbells are all made in Columbus Ohio
I was trying to nab a set of 90lb powerblocks on a deal prior, but I think the pandemic perminantly bumped their value. I'm curious if other equipment will avoid the permeant coat increase ☹️

Rogue bars cost $300+ and they're wonderful, but apples and oranges.

I ended up buying from walmart, lets see if it is the real thing.
I still have an 18 year old CAP (bushing) barbell, bent and rusty, for times when I want to do circuits/complexes. But I could live without it.
You have to do a search, it was a December deal that ran for a couple weeks. Very happy with it so far, I'd buy it again for anything under $150
