Also, make sure you at least do the $15 upgrade to a Wi-Fi 6 Card. Even that Realtek one will be far superior to the crappy Wi-Fi 5 1x1 antenna.

I already have a desktop for more heavy stuff so this would just be for convenience. I looked into the HP Victus deal which seems better for gaming but I don't know if I want to spend that much. The storage and ram seems low on that as well.
I just saw that the graphics card can be upgraded on this laptop. My initial upgrades would bring it to ~$475 and the graphics update to $712..
The i7 CPU upgrade is about 20% faster. I would choose basic config because you have another desktop. Or choose Victus for about 300% GPU power.
This laptop is overkill for it.
is this a bad offer for 420? I don't know much about laptops
