For what it's worth....my recent experience with their CS was horrendous.

I couldn't find anything to buy this time. I usually do for their clearance sales. I learned not to buy anything breakable from them because it always shows up broken and it's difficult to get a refund from them. They want you to bring to broken item to their store or pay for return shipping.

They now require a purchase of $29 or more for free ship-to-store. Boo! Done with them.

I figured it out. You have to be a member of Nordy Club (free), which is different than just having a sign in account to nordstromrack. You have to link the accounts. And you get a verification code texted to you.

OP does say Nordy Club, but you may have assumed like I did that by having a sign in you were already a member. There's one more step.

I only had good experience with rack. There was time when I received two of the same item or substitute to what I had ordered. But my order was for dozens of clothing items at that time and really low price so perhaps employee packing the order didn't think of it much or something. But, I still was fine with the prices I got for them

I bought $1400 worth items from Nordstrom during thanksgiving and returned about $1000 worth of items. No question asked. But of course, I didn't used them. I just tried them on and didn't like it.

Done with Nordstrom Rack! Ordered a couple of Xmas gifts at their last Clearance sale. It was early morning and non of the items showed low inventory. It took them more than a week to either cancel the item or finally ship it!
