My 3ah looked to have Sony 3000mah cells with a 15a rating. While the 2ah had Samsung 22a cells. Suprisingly of all the 1.5ah had Eve 30a cells. The guys on TTC showed this to be accurate when the 1.5 did just as good or better in torque runs.

The hammer drill, impact driver & 3/8" impact wrench kit for $279 is especially nice, only $50 more than the base kit for the impact wrench.
I got this deal last month. Nice value. Btw it comes with the larger, contractor bag, not the smaller one in one of the photos above.
