Can any SDer comment on the quality of this brand? The generic ones i own(10-20lbs)seem to do the job(although i would prefer if it'd bounce better.). Do i need need this (un)necessary upgrade?
It's sad that this is the only post on SD this holiday season that even remotely peaked my interest.
Edit - reviews on amazon looked pretty good. just picked up a 12lber. Now back to the ppl & stopping hiding out. merry christmas all!

Not sure if you can use two but I don't see why not if your balance is good. I use one for my knee physical therapy (torn ACL) and it really helps working out stabilizing muscles and joints.
The balls with handles are a little odd (I never understood why you couldn't just use weight plates with handles), but slam balls are a very underrated form of exercise. And a great stress reliever.
They call them med balls here, but I always considered those to be softer and covered in leather/vinyl, with almost no bounce.

They call them med balls here, but I always considered those to be softer and covered in leather/vinyl, with almost no bounce.
