As for the deal; meh, if you like the beans and you can drink them fast enough* to make it worthwhile it's a good price per pound. (* freezing works great as long as the bag is sealed and you don't open the bag while it's below room temperature.)

There are at least 4 different types of blends that qualify for this deal - the 2021 Thanksgiving, Holiday, Christmas and Christmas Decaf blends each of which is 1 pound. Ordered 2 of each of those for 8 total bags at $63.80 ($15.95 each, 2nd one of each free, x4). I also had a 15% back up to $5 at Starbucks offers on AmEx for a little extra savings.
As noted YMMV due to remaining available quantities per location, but note that if they have only 1 bag of a certain type left, the app or website will still let you add a second "free" bag and check out - once you get to store double check your order. Mine only had a single bag remaining of the Thanksgiving blend so they allowed me to substitute ANY bag of coffee (whether part of the sale or not) for the missing one. These make great little host/hostess gifts for family and friends especially New Year's parties.
