I got the MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4 mentioned above and like it, but as Jaggsta said, if you can wait there are cheaper options coming soon.

I have this board too and I like it a lot. Only this to be aware of is that they are currently testing a bios fix for issues coming out of sleep mode. You can find details on the MSI forums as well as the beta bios with the patch. I've also read that some other z690 boards have this issue as well.

When I have encountered it I've just put the machine back to sleep and woken it up again successfully.

The 12700k is a beast for performance. I'm curious where my temps will wind up once my thermal paste has broken in.

Not sure why ppl TD this. The microcenter deal is very local, and ZipPay deal requires opening a credit line. This one is available to everyone and no string attached.
