Yep. That was fast.

I have the X60 system now and need another single unit (which are hard to find a deal on). Does anybody know if these W6000 units are "plug and play" mix and match with the X60 system?

I'm not positive, but I feel like they must be.

Walmart W6000 == X60 == Costco AX3000

Was just now able to place an order for $123.41 for store pickup. We'll see if it gets canceled. See attached.

That's great. I see it available for pickup nearby, but unfortunately the price stays at $149 for me. YMMV.

If anybody bought two and wants just one, let me know. I'm looking for a bargain on a single.

OK, been doing some research on this.

W6000 <> X60

Both are AX3000 class, but they get there in different ways.
W6000 is HE160 bandwidth capable. X60 is not.

W6000 is better for pure speed, but I'm not sure many devices support 160 MHz bandwidth.
X60 is better for more simultaneous devices.

W6000
2.4 GHz at 287 Mbps x 2 streams = 600
5 Ghz at 1201 Mbps (160 MHz bandwidth) x 2 streams = 2400
3000 total

X60
2.4 GHz at 287 Mbps x 2 streams = 600
5 Ghz at 600.5 Mbps (80 MHz bandwidth) x 4 streams = 2400
3000 total

Interesting. Thanks for this. Sounds like I should not try "mix and match."

Yeah. They'd probably work OK together, but maybe not optimally. I don't know enough about the details to really say for sure.

I've got the 2-pack of W6000 set up now and it seems pretty good for me. 2500 sq ft house.

Yeah. Seems it was a very limited sale.

How about a 3-pack of M9+ refurbs for $125?
