That said, this shoe is a complete revamp from all the previous adizero Boston shoes. Should have been renamed since it's not the same in design or best use.
Previous Bostons were great for faster training and longer distance racing. This one is, oddly, heavier and perhaps good for training at best.
Old Bostons used Boost foam (great durability, but heavier). This Boston 10 is using newer foams in a much thicker sole and, ironically, overall weight increase.
I've appreciated the Adidas shoes being good to go straight from the box, so am hesitant when I read reviews that they need to be broken in/adjusted to over 30-50 miles.
Big fan of the (old) Adidas Bostons. Will try the new ones sometime since options for non-thick, carbon plate/rod shoes are disappearing.

The B9 had a lower profile and on the firmer side. Great for intervals and faster pace runs. Toe box on the B9 was snug at first but eventually stretched and is very comfortable now (I typically wear wide width sneakers).
The B10 is on the taller side and feels bouncy (bouncier than my 1080v11). Definitely feels more like a daily trainer than the B9 but pushing the pace isn't difficult. The only complaint I have is that the shoe does feel very tight especially the midfoot where the gusseted tongue is held down. Perhaps it will get better as I break these in but I got these for a steal at the Adidas outlet store for under $60 in the white and red colorway.
