Really? What happens if a dog goes up and gets a claw in them? Same policy? Pretty amazing if so, given the 5x price they should have a damage plan included.

It tends to not matter how it happens based on which store you go into, shes had "2 pairs" for like 12+ years - went in multiple times and they dont argue w/ her, customer service for all orgs as of recent has gone down the pooper, so not sure its evolution

They don't ask questions. A friend of mine runs Spartan races in their shorts and they are ruined after a few races. They just let you get a new pair off the rack. If the style is discontinued you can just pick any new style.
