The color peels off very slowly in the dishwasher. If you get the stainless steel color, then it's fine in the dishwasher. That's the only color worth buying for me.

Yes you have to press on the button to drink. But that means it always stays sealed, which is the point of this design. They have others that click and stay open they are just harder to open and close. I have one of them and they work well as well.

I bought this the last time it was on sale. I honestly hate the cup. So disappointing. I guess I didn't read the description well to know that you have to continually squeeze the lever to keep sip spout open and bcuz of the weight of the cup/lid you can't tell how far coffee is from spout to be able to sip.

Agree. My favorite lid out of all the different insulated glasses I own. I don't drink coffee though. Stays clean in the dishwasher too. This one is too small for me though. I need a deal on the 24oz version.
