Do you rinse with this before or after brushing? Don't want my toothpaste's fluoride to rinse off...

I have dry mouth. I've used it in the past and don't recall it working. What has helped is drinking water throughout the day. Stop drinking coffee, tea, and pop. I still have dry mouth but drinking water often and chewing gum helps.

Been using it for years---afterwards is my guess. Dry mouth is not good for teeth.
Tends to fade after 4-5 hours.but still effective..

I'm getting 35% off coupon if I sign up for S&S, only, and an additional 5% off for S&S. Was hoping it'd be the 35% off with the coupon only.

I always buy this at local grocery store. I switched to Amazon for bi monthly subscription, sold and shipped by amazon and received twice so far. Both were definitely fake ones. I compared it side by side and can clearly see the difference in plastic bottle quality, color and label quality. I stopped my subscription and went back to local store again. This is a not cheap mouthwash and you don't want to fall far few $$ first time subscription savings with a fake ones. Watch it!!

GSK reformulated Biotene years ago without the enzymes that made it popular in the first place. Salivea or the CVS brand that contains enzymes are preferred by many who were affected by the change.

I was going to post about this as well. I remember reading reviews of this product a while back and many stated that product was changed and does NOT work well any more.

A couple of years ago I started to develop a dry mouth and tried a few dry mouth rinses that only helped moderately.

Everyone is different, but this is what helped me. What I learned is the dry mouth was the result of my hydration levels being low. After I started drinking 4 cups of electrolyte water my dry mouth quickly went away.

Sip on a 0 calorie electrolyte drink also.

I used to get dry mouth as a side effect of medications. For anyone considering this/similar products, I found that the gel formulation worked far and away better than rinses, sprays, toothpaste, lozenges etc. It's also much more convenient on the go - don't have to find a sink or spit it out and it's "on-demand" rather than relying on a rinse you used hours ago to last. Never left home without it - especially on a date!
