The Bowflex C6 is the same bike. The Bowflex C7 has a screen that is limited to the JRNY app but that bike is also on sale.

But I am worried about these subscriptions, $149/year seems like a lot, I know it's free for first year, but this is a multi year purchase.
The questions I have:
1. how usable is this without the sub?
2. Does the sub or the bike itself give you some specials features like leading you thru workouts that use your real data (vs the hotel that had standard or pulse based ones)?
I guess partially I am thinking, if I am a casual user, but could use decent coaching it if helps, do I need one of these, or just a regular stationary bike and my ipad for watching shows?
