Are people still standing in line outside of Target on Friday morning for these?

None of these are hot products anymore and sitting at a lot of Walmart stores. If it was prizm or optic it would be different.

Anyone remember the trading card bubble of the 90s? I guess history will always repeat itself.

You missed the boat this time. A year ago these same items you could easily double your money within minutes. Some of the product you could buy at the store (if you were lucky) and get 5-10X the price within minutes. It was insane but that momentum is gone.

They have actually been on the rise for the last couple of years. Not sure how it is now tho. The problem back in the day was the market got flooded with so many cards. I still have thousands of cards including a complete set of 96-97 Chrome basketball. 😁

Target stopped selling because one of these scalpers in Wisconsin decided to pull out a gun in the parking lot over some cards.

Also Panini is losing the license and fanatics owns everything now for sports cards.

It's definitely slowing down in popularity again. But it is pretty easy to get 5X to 10X if you use ebay and other social sights.
