That used to be the law until it was overturned by the Supreme Court in 2018 (South Dakota v. Wayfair). Now states can require any retailer that has a minimum amount of sales in that state to collect tax. All states that collect sales tax have those laws now.

This is the most up-to-date info. After Wayfair, my state can now requires out-of-state seller/vendor AND marketplace facilitators (ebay/amazon) to collect sales tax by replace nexus definition with number of transaction OR total value of sales. Each state will have their own law and implementation.

Yes I did. Worked fine for a few months, then developed a black outer ring, then a couple months after it had a red daytime picture and a blue night time picture. You can still see but not as clear as it was for first couple months. Unit is not even a year old. Internet search says common problem and unit needs to be reset by climbing up a long ladder to press the damn reset button. I need to get a handyman out to do it, and if he's coming he might as well just replace this pos and I'll save the $36 a year subscription fees 👍🏻

I think your info is outdated by few years now. Each state now makes up their own tax rule for purchases shipped to that state.
