Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

- How may I contact them?- When does the promotion end?

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

- Participating Products:
Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

- ask friends/family/neighbors/co-workers to save
- dumpster diving
- jumping out of cars upon seeing flaps on the side of the road
- referring a friend on the site
- ask Maids to save for those who travel
- ask recycling centers to save
- purchase on eBay
- sporting events, zoos, parks, etc
- make trades
- become buddies with vending machine stockers
- become the vending machine stocker

The only solution I've found is switching browsers. I use Chrome and have got 'fraud alert' many times after an update so I switched to EDGE, never saw it again. I think some have said keep clearing history "maybe" but I'm not sure. I'm using CHROME today on COKE-com had like 5-6 of the $25 Store GCs from the CF/Hockey/NFL promo(expire1/13/23) and the $30 Studio that I noted as expiring 12/31/22.

Is there a trick to Unlinking your cell phone? I have tried unlinking my wife's cell as it was tied to an old email she didn't have access so we just created a new account. Tried unlinking it dozens of times over that last 8 weeks sometimes I get a message that I have exceeded the number. Other times no message but still can't get it unlinked.

In your coke account, there is your Contact phone number and your SMS phone number. If you have both of those filled with the same number, you won't be able to unlink it from your account. When unlinking it only deletes the SMS phone number. So, if you had the same number in both Contact and SMS numbers and you can't login to delete the Contact number, then your most likely screwed unless you call customer service and have them delete the old account and fix it for you.

If the tablet is an iPad, suggest he try using a different browser.

If the tablet is an android he has more options: a) try using a different browser b) create a new user account/profile for the device and try logging in from there. "new user account/profile for the device" is ... just as one can create multiple user accounts on, say, Windows and MacOS, one can do that on Android devices also (but not yet on iPhone or iPad).

In fact if we want to try out a new app and are unsure it will mess up anything, just create a new device user, install the app to that user's profile, then later we could delete that user account and that user and all their apps and data get nuked as if they never existed. It's a decent way to "sandbox" specific applications.

Thanks for the reply. I presume his tablet is Android like his phone. Is creating a new user account intuitive? He's tech challenged. Appreciate the help!

It's straightforward; googling for "android multiple users" should point to useful tutorials; here're written steps [google.com]and here's a 2-minute video [youtube.com] .

He could also try enabling and using the "guest user" account -- which is similar to having an additional full-fledged account, though there may be nuances to what app settings are retained; unsure. Googling "android guest user" should lead to much info.

Just did 5 of my plays right now, and don't believe one crap that they are all out of prizes all 5 got "Better Luck Next Time" not even one of those Shutterfly's everyone hates. Finally the next round is the end of Shutterfly once in for all and actual prizes people actually want. Wonder what genius at coke decided to give "Shutterfly" to people as a holiday gift where they have to pay $8 out of their own pocket, they should give out $8 Visa cards for everyone that won a Shutterfly prize so they can pay their shipping.

Playing in the last Hours before new week starts might be like playing on the first day of the new week. Just a bunch of losers. This week I'll start playing Wednesday night or Thursday.
