Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

- ask friends/family/neighbors/co-workers to save

- jumping out of cars upon seeing flaps on the side of the road
- referring a friend on the site
- ask Maids to save for those who travel

- purchase on eBay
- sporting events, zoos, parks, etc
- make trades
- become buddies with vending machine stockers

Seems sometimes one step forward = one step back at times. Hope the do something that fixes that problem. You would think something as simple as sending a known working new code would be easy. Who knows the may have sent an already used code or maybe typed the code digits incorrectly, it is no telling all we can do is try right! Smilie


Glad to here that email is still working. They changed it up from the Happy Hour vouchers' email at the bottom adding support at coca-colasupport@dja-com then went back to the original Sprite inquiry they said was wrongly vaild but gladly they fixed later, lol.

For those needing help this is the post with the email for October Sprite Voucher situation they replied to me with and the same one on the Holiday Happy Hour Voucher emails for future reference "just in case". Hoping in the 2023 for lots of new promos and no need to use it! Peace

I too never received my Happy Hour win from the 3rd week as pegasusmb2 posted about up top. I won the AMC bundle with Bl Tix and drink and realized after all the holidays and seeing the above post I didn't see mine. Checked and there was no email in my deleted, junk, inbox. I had to email either in 2021 or right at the end 2020 for like 2-3 months waiting 3 weeks after each of 4 emails for a GC of some kind. Finally after the first few copy & paste replies of the rules and basically what I had told them in detail someone finally understood I was NOT asking questions about how to use a GC or the contest rules lol and they sent it in an email.

I think not sure it was either a $100 Best Buy from a Christmas Circle K win which they just typed in the GC# and pin manually instead of sending an actual real GC link or it was a $25 Dick's Sporting Good$ that ended up having no balance having to email them again. I said forget C0KE called Dick's GC CS number that day and I guess they activated it hours later after calling the balance popped up. A week later C0KE emailed saying, "It shows $25", I said "I know I called a got it fixed myself, lol.

I'm afraid this isn't going to get any better as time goes on. Your scenario sounds similar to what I just went through with OpenTable! It took me the past 2 whole days back and forth emails and chat session of 30 minutes that then cut off saying timed out, while the csr was trying to figure out the issue. There is NO phone #, of course not they don't want to be bothered. I have been a member and have had an act. since 2014. Throughout the day they kept sending canned email replies of how to redeem my pts for an AGC. Obviously, as a long-time member who has utilized their system for years, of course, I knew how. One look at my acct. tells them that. No prior issues either. The issue was the claim code to redeem that they sent me would not open to the code to add the funds to my Amazon acct. Seriously how hard should that have been for them to fix. 2 days that's how hard! vomit Sorry for the rant but for anyone with an OpenTable acct...you've been warned! Wave

Hm, I replied to this yesterday, but don't see it.

I sent the email on 1/03, got the auto-responder on 1/05, and the re-sent email and separate support email saying it had been sent on 1/11.

No explanation for why it never came the first time.
