Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

The thing is why do people use Shutterfly. With the promotion don't you have to spend money out of pocket or is there a work around?

No work around, even with "free" codes there is still an overinflated shipping cost on each product. As for the why, Shutterfly makes some very nice products. I buy calendars and ornaments there every year to give as Christmas presents. I've also made several photobooks in previous years that turned out beautifully.

If a customer agrees to pay extra on their bill to round up to eh next dollar amount, yes, they ARE claiming the rounded up total in their revenue to go along with their deduction of whatever that amount was. Think about it as if everyone was still paying in cash. Every penny put into that register is counted as revenue and taxable income. It would basically be listed as a "sale" to the customer of an opportunity to donate that amount to charity. And would be gross income to Walmart. Then they take out the rounded up part in charity, to get their taxable income. Their taxable income will still be the same, as will their after tax revenue. This is not some big scam to lower that taxable income by making customers give them money to donate, but them claiming it only on their donations and not their income.

I'm writing this only because there was a similar completely-erroneous meme about this topic in recent years, which spread much disinformation. So, bluntly, absolutely not: customer-donated monies are not part of the collecting store's income or revenue. There are _many_ articles online about this (though most focus on the tax aspect); here's one [apnews.com], and an excerpt.

Cashstar is on their game in restoring old giftcards: I heard from a friend with inaccessible cashstar-managed giftcards and who reached out to them at the form in the linked-to post above, providing info for each card right in that initial contact, that they heard back the very next day, all links restored. 1 day; not weeks and weeks. If you have cashstar-managed giftcards that you can't access, run, don't walk Smilie

Hmm mine go back to 2016-2018. Wonder if they will restore those?
