Had great hopes for these, but as anything Citi related, it's definitely hit or more likely miss. I had the last uber offer which was 35% off some rides up to some $ amount. Not a bad offer at all. It did not work. The BP offers from a couple months back did not work either. Dealing with the clueless support team was even more frustrating.

I am not sure why your Citi offers are not being credited, but I got all of mine credited in 7-10 days. In past couple of months I got credit for following offers: 2 BP, 3 ExxonMobil, 3 Target.
