The protection plan is added and then refunded at checkout so it ends up being free.

The price for the TV on costco.com is $1799.

Not everyone knows prices at Costco ending in .97 are buyer markdowns. The only thing your post is vitally missing is "YMMV" in the title.

Sorry I'm not there today but if you call their warehouse number +1 585-471-6906, they will quickly tell you the price. They are getting rid of the stock and it has been this price over the past several days so really low chance I think that price has changed. Risk is if has been purchased already, but they will tell you if still available.

They still have the one. I was going to drive there tonight from Syracuse but did not want to chance that it would be sold before I got there.

I debated and researched it for a few days and then finally pulled the trigger yesterday. It's pretty awesome. The price seems quite amazing. From what I saw a similar quality Samsung QLED would be around $1250, and can't beat Costco service.

I wonder if they could figure something out for you if you call and ask? Unless you know what you're looking for, other than the word "frame" on the price tag, it doesn't jump out at you, so it might hang around there a bit longer. I saw the two units I think Thursday or Friday, and they didn't budge until I bought one of them last night. Good luck!

I got the last one in Santa Clara, CA store this late afternoon as I was randomly viewing the TVs. I'm so stoked. 65-inch version at this $999 price.

Whoa, I was at that store this evening, but missed this. Would have been very tempted. But really need to find the 50" version for the space it's needed for. Nice find though.
