I just migrated over from Sprint and T-Mobile has been very difficult to deal with. I called to get this discount and it was easier then I thought to do. The rep was helpful and gave me a code and it all worked….now hopefully my bill will reflect this!!!!!

Thanks for this. I was told no a while back by reps and people on Reddit, but also told yes by people on Reddit. Seems like there's no difinite answer. Waiting on rep to call me back.

I would message T-Force and get them to tell you your free lines and hookup will transfer ok if you upgrade to Max. Then do the upgrade yourself online. Takes possible human error on their part out of the equation.

I would then go back to T-force and tell them you are trying to buy a phone, but can't because all of a sudden it says pending plan change error, and ask them to make the Max upgrade date today (instead of default next billing cycle) so that you can order that phone lol. . .so you can see the plan change active on your account immediately.

You mean upgrade to Max? By default it starts the beginning of your next billing cycle. You can go back and ask T-Force to make the change effective today instead. You will see new plan on account today. . .but it does muddy up your bill for a month as you will have 2 monthly charges for plan (Magenta and Magenta Max) and then probably only the 1st partial month credit back this month, and the second partial credit back next month. . .
