T-Mobile will offer their famous insider hookup 20% off for life promo to existing customers starting January 6th.

Existing customers who are not on Magenta MAX will need to switch to the MAX plan and can then redeem a code for 20% off all voice lines on the account.

Existing Magenta MAX customers can simply redeem a code once available.

Employees will receive 1 code for new customers (port-in from competitor to new account) and 1 code for existing customers. If you know someone that works for T-Mobile, be sure to ask them for one!

I am going to be signing up for a 1 line Max plan (plan is via Costco for BYOD promo). So I would likely need existing user code unless incentive is provided to go with new user code. Willing to pay for code.

i now see that iphone trade in value is only 400 for upgrade. Wow. They had everyone switch to max and then devalued max plan.

Until few days back, trade in value for xr, iphone 11, iphone 12 for buying new phone 13 without adding line for existing customer was $800 on Max plan and $400 on other plans. Now it is $400 on max plan also.

I was planning to upgrade an xr and that was one reason i upgraded to max.
