cannot checkout online for pickup if you pick a game where if you use your $5 PUR and it brings final price to $0.00, trying to get Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts for PS4 for $4.99, it just spins / bubbles, as if it is trying to figure out how to charge $0, tried 3 different browsers, no go, guess ill call them at 10am and ask them to hold it and i will pickup later

I was having the same issue. Just ended up adding some in-game credits for Rainbow Six Siege, and it was applied to that. Still had to end up paying the $5 for Saints Row, but at least the coupon can still be used for SOME digital things.

You can't check out for $0 because gamestop designed it that way. They want you to use the $5 coupon on things that will make them a profit.

The monthly credit worked fine with a $5 xbox digital credit for me. Microsoft was going to get the $5 eventually for something. Because I just bought this, most won't need to get this, it'll be on gamepass next month. 🙃

Each month we both get $5 store credit for free, which I use for eShop money. I walk in, ask for the $5 eshop card and they hand it over. No money is exchanged. Basically $20 gets me $120 of eShop credit. That doesn't suck in my opinion.

They occasionally have great deals like this one too. Now if you are talking about buying used games or selling your games there, then they do in fact suck! Just be selective on how you use them and they aren't bad.
