Hi - Are they no longer doing the price adjustments to push items over $50? I tried a few times and couldn't find an agent who would do it.

Just got a refund from PayPal for my order. Looks like they canceled quite a few. MattressFirm said it was due to a "price glitch" so congrats to those of you who actually had it shipped.

Since it's going to expire soon, I've been trying to use the coupon (after looking multiple times in the past and not finding anything). It's really frustrating, because I don't want to buy anything expensive and everything I apply it to doesn't seem to work. I read the restrictions and the things I'm adding should work.

Even the things people are linking to on here won't work. I get this message with almost everything...not applied. Call or Chat for help.

Edit- I waited to connect to chat for a long time (gave up). The most I've gotten it to take off is $20 and that is with having to have my order still be over $50.

Tried calling and there was no way to speak with a person.

For anyone still looking to use their coupon...After looking for about an hour, the only 2 things I could find to use it on were these (with my criteria of staying close to the $50 mark)...

Dog bed (sz small)

You're welcome! Smilie I tried so many things, and these were the only things I could find (except I didn't try any pillows b/c I didn't want one). I tried to connect to a CSR but never could, so that was a waste of my time anyway.
