Even the things people are linking to on here won't work. I get this message with almost everything...not applied. Call or Chat for help.
Edit- I waited to connect to chat for a long time (gave up). The most I've gotten it to take off is $20 and that is with having to have my order still be over $50.
Tried calling and there was no way to speak with a person.
For anyone still looking to use their coupon...After looking for about an hour, the only 2 things I could find to use it on were these (with my criteria of staying close to the $50 mark)...

I wanted to buy all 3 of the aroma stuffed animals but it would only take off the price of one ($20) and my cart still had to be over $50, so that wouldn't really work well.
