I used to love Rockport. Quality was amazing but now it's terrible. Wasn't it bought out by Reebok or something?

If you want nice quality shoes at a discount you just have to find a sierra trading post. That's my go to these days when I want quality for half price.

I like this but my knee hurts as the shoe is heavy.. I never knee pain before .. buy some light shoes not this one, is just my opinion

I received mine. Don't buy. Shoe is like a rock and you definitely don't want them to go on hike. Go find a good pair of shoes. Your body will thank you. Mine is going back.

Idk I got on the deal that was posted a couple weeks back with the Dickinson trekker. I'll definitely be throwing some insole into them. They were a good price and look good, but there are like completely flat and hard on the inside. Not comfortable at all. I think with a nicer insole they'll be fine, but I'll stick with my Merrell or new balance for most days.

Picked up the Faulkner on the last deal and it's an excellent shoe. So comfortable. Not sure why people talk about water proof..etc.. it's not water shoes

what kind of color is 'breen' (breen nubuck mocs) anyway?? Frown Other than as shoe descriptors, the only reference to 'breen' I see are things like from star trek, of all things.

Yes, Rockport is definitely not what it used to be. They were excellent quality, durable, and light weight. I think quality went down right around the time company got bought out.
