The octagon boxes are only found in the Pacific Northwest Macys, made by Seattle Chocolates, and supposedly use the original recipe from The Bon Marche.

The rectangular Frango boxes use a different recipe, from the Chicago Marshall Fields. I find them inferior to the PNW octagonal boxed versions

Macy's did me dirty. They said my card was declined so they cancelled part of my order. Ironically, they shipped out one item from the order though. Hmmmmm.
